1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Service apply when you access or use VELIO, including our website, product experience, support channels, and paid subscription features.
By using VELIO, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or accessing Pro features, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use VELIO.
2. What VELIO provides
VELIO is a personal beauty direction system that provides makeup-focused guidance based on user inputs, visible signals, context, and product logic.
VELIO may provide guidance related to prep, finish, tone direction, placement, touch-up strategy, and other personalized makeup direction features.
VELIO is designed to support beauty decisions. It is not a medical, dermatology, skin diagnosis, treatment, or health advice service.
3. Non-diagnostic beauty guidance
VELIO does not diagnose skin conditions, medical conditions, allergies, infections, disease, or any health-related issue.
Any guidance provided by VELIO is informational, beauty-focused, and non-diagnostic. It should not replace professional medical advice or professional dermatology care.
If you have a health concern, skin reaction, irritation, allergy, injury, or medical question, you should contact a qualified professional.
4. Accounts and user information
During launch, VELIO may use your billing email as the customer-facing account identity for Pro access, subscription support, and account help.
Internal customer IDs may be used by VELIO systems to connect billing, Pro access, and results, but those internal IDs are not intended to be displayed as your public login identity.
You are responsible for providing accurate account and billing information and for contacting support promptly if you believe your account or payment state is incorrect.
5. Subscriptions and Pro features
VELIO may offer paid subscription features, including Tomorrow Strategy and other Pro experiences.
Pro features may include personalized beauty direction such as prep guidance, finish guidance, tone direction, placement guidance, and touch-up guidance.
Subscription availability, feature names, pricing, trial offers, and plan details may change over time. The terms shown at checkout apply to the purchase you make.
Your Pro access may depend on successful payment, payment provider confirmation, entitlement status, and account matching through your billing email or related customer record.
6. Billing and payment providers
Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider. By purchasing a paid plan, you may also be subject to that provider's terms, policies, and checkout flow.
VELIO does not store complete payment card numbers on its own servers.
If payment fails, is reversed, is disputed, or cannot be verified, VELIO may suspend or limit access to paid features until the issue is resolved.
For billing support, include the billing email used at checkout, approximate payment date, plan type, and a short explanation of the issue.
7. Refunds and cancellations
Refund and cancellation information is described in our Refund Policy.
You are responsible for reviewing subscription, trial, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms before completing a purchase.

8. User content and uploaded materials
You may choose to provide images, preferences, context, screenshots, or other information to use VELIO features or receive support.
You should only upload or provide content that you have the right to use and share.
You grant VELIO permission to process the information you provide for the purpose of operating, improving, securing, and supporting the service, subject to our Privacy Policy.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse VELIO, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected systems, abuse support channels, or use VELIO for unlawful purposes.
You may not upload content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, abusive, or violates the rights of another person.
VELIO may limit, suspend, or terminate access if we believe the service is being misused or these Terms are being violated.
10. Intellectual property
VELIO, including its name, design, interface, software, product logic, text, graphics, branding, and related materials, is owned by VELIO or its licensors.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of VELIO intellectual property to you.
You may use VELIO only as permitted by these Terms and the product experience.
11. Third-party services
VELIO may rely on third-party services for hosting, payments, email, analytics, databases, security, and other operational needs.
Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. VELIO is not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.
12. Availability and changes
VELIO may update, modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that VELIO will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
Some features may be experimental, limited, or changed as the product improves.
13. Disclaimers
VELIO is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
VELIO does not guarantee any specific beauty result, makeup outcome, product compatibility, skin reaction outcome, or user satisfaction result.
Makeup performance can vary based on user technique, product condition, skin state, environment, weather, wear time, and other factors outside VELIO's control.
14. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, VELIO and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, VELIO's total liability for claims related to the service will be limited to the amount you paid to VELIO for the service giving rise to the claim during the applicable subscription period.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.
15. Termination
You may stop using VELIO at any time.
VELIO may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, create risk for VELIO or other users, or fail to maintain a valid subscription for paid features.
Termination does not automatically entitle you to a refund unless required by applicable law or stated in our Refund Policy.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice where appropriate.
The updated Terms will apply after they are posted or otherwise made available. Your continued use of VELIO means you accept the updated Terms.
