What to include

Send one email with the details we need.

VELIO does not expose internal customer IDs to users. To locate your subscription or result access safely, we use your billing email and checkout context.

Billing email

Use the same email entered at checkout. This is the most important detail for Pro access, cancellation, and refund requests.

Issue type

Tell us whether the issue is Pro access, checkout, account, cancellation, refund, product use, or a technical problem.

What happened

Describe what you expected, what appeared instead, and which page you were using, such as Account, Pro status, Results, or Billing success.

Screenshots

Screenshots help us verify Pro state, error messages, and result access faster. Please avoid sending sensitive card details.

Pro access

If your payment completed but Tomorrow Strategy is locked, send your billing email and a screenshot of the Pro status page.

Billing

For checkout, payment, subscription, or invoice questions, include the checkout billing email and approximate payment time.

Account

During launch, your visible account identity is your billing email. Internal customer IDs are not shown to users.
